Jakie dane przetwarzamy

Dane konta: adres e-mail i nazwa wyświetlana, które podajesz przy rejestracji.
Treści, które wpisujesz: opisy celów, etapy i notatki tworzone w rozmowie z asystentką „Iskra".
Dane grywalizacji: punkty XP, poziom, serie (streak), odznaki, tarcze serii.
Saldo i historia płomyków (wewnętrznej waluty) — zapis operacji w rejestrze.
Dane techniczne: język, strefa czasowa, podstawowe informacje o urządzeniu potrzebne do działania Aplikacji.
Informacje o zakupach otrzymywane od Apple / RevenueCat (potwierdzenie transakcji). NIE otrzymujemy numeru karty ani pełnych danych płatniczych.

Przetwarzanie przez AI

Aby ułożyć plan celu i dodatki, treść, którą wpisujesz, jest wysyłana przez nasz serwer do dostawcy modelu AI (Anthropic, model Claude) i tam przetwarzana w celu wygenerowania odpowiedzi. Nie wykorzystujemy Twoich treści do trenowania własnych modeli.

Podstawy prawne (RODO)

Wykonanie umowy (świadczenie usługi) — art. 6 ust. 1 lit. b RODO.
Nasz uzasadniony interes (bezpieczeństwo, rozwój Aplikacji) — art. 6 ust. 1 lit. f.
Zgoda — np. na powiadomienia (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. a); możesz ją wycofać w każdej chwili.

Odbiorcy i podmioty przetwarzające

Supabase — hosting bazy danych, uwierzytelnianie, funkcje serwerowe.
Anthropic — przetwarzanie treści przez model AI (serwery m.in. w USA; stosowane są standardowe klauzule umowne).
Apple / RevenueCat — obsługa zakupów w aplikacji.
PostHog (serwery w UE) — analityka produktowa. Zbieramy wyłącznie zdarzenia o korzystaniu z funkcji (utworzenie celu, ukończenie kroku lub celu, zamówienie dodatku, zakup tarczy serii, rozpoczęcie zakupu płomyków) wraz z Twoim identyfikatorem konta. NIE wysyłamy tam treści Twoich celów, notatek ani rozmów z Iskrą.
Powiadomienia są obecnie lokalne (na urządzeniu).

Przechowywanie i usuwanie danych

Dane przechowujemy tak długo, jak istnieje Twoje konto. W każdej chwili możesz trwale usunąć konto w Ustawieniach → „Usuń konto" — kasuje to Twoje konto oraz powiązane cele, postępy i saldo płomyków.

Twoje prawa

Masz prawo dostępu do danych, ich sprostowania, usunięcia, ograniczenia i przenoszenia oraz sprzeciwu. Możesz też wnieść skargę do Prezesa Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych (UODO). W sprawach dotyczących danych pisz na: tomasz.matusiak@post.pl.

Dzieci

Aplikacja nie jest przeznaczona dla osób poniżej 16. roku życia i świadomie nie zbieramy ich danych.

Bezpieczeństwo

Stosujemy szyfrowanie transmisji, kontrolę dostępu na poziomie wierszy (RLS) i zasadę minimalizacji danych. Żadna metoda nie daje 100% gwarancji, ale traktujemy bezpieczeństwo poważnie.

Zmiany

Możemy aktualizować tę politykę. O istotnych zmianach poinformujemy w Aplikacji, aktualizując datę u góry.

Poniższe warunki regulują korzystanie z aplikacji Firewisp („Aplikacja"). Korzystając z Aplikacji, akceptujesz te warunki. Usługę świadczy Tomasz Matusiak. Kontakt: tomasz.matusiak@post.pl.

Opis usługi

Firewisp pomaga zaplanować i realizować cele: asystentka AI prowadzi rozmowę i układa plan z etapami, a grywalizacja (XP, poziomy, serie, odznaki) wspiera regularność.

Konto

Podajesz prawdziwe dane i dbasz o poufność hasła. Odpowiadasz za działania na swoim koncie. Musisz mieć ukończone 16 lat.

Płomyki (waluta wewnętrzna)

Płomyki to wyłącznie wewnętrzna waluta Aplikacji. Nie mają wartości pieniężnej, nie podlegają wymianie na gotówkę ani przeniesieniu.
Nowe konto otrzymuje pakiet startowy płomyków. Płomyki zużywają się na funkcje AI (układanie planu, dodatki) oraz np. tarczę serii.
Doładowania płomyków kupuje się przez zakupy w aplikacji Apple (App Store) i podlegają zasadom Apple. Zakupy są co do zasady bezzwrotne, chyba że obowiązujące prawo stanowi inaczej.
Możemy zmieniać cennik i koszt funkcji; nie odbiera to płomyków już posiadanych.

Treści generowane przez AI — zastrzeżenie

Plany i sugestie tworzone przez „Iskrę" mają charakter informacyjny i motywacyjny. NIE są poradą medyczną, żywieniową, prawną ani finansową. W ważnych sprawach (zdrowie, finanse) skonsultuj się ze specjalistą. Decyzje i działania podejmujesz na własną odpowiedzialność; nie gwarantujemy poprawności ani skuteczności treści AI.

Dozwolone korzystanie

Nie wolno używać Aplikacji do celów niezgodnych z prawem ani szkodliwych, obchodzić zabezpieczeń, dekompilować kodu, ani automatycznie pobierać danych.

Twoje treści

Cele i notatki, które tworzysz, należą do Ciebie. Udzielasz nam ograniczonej licencji na ich przetwarzanie wyłącznie w celu świadczenia usługi (w tym wysłania do dostawcy AI, by wygenerować plan).

Własność intelektualna

Aplikacja, marka Firewisp i maskotka Iskra oraz warstwa graficzna należą do nas i są chronione prawem.

Rozwiązanie

Możesz w każdej chwili usunąć konto w Ustawieniach. Możemy zawiesić lub usunąć konto w razie naruszenia warunków.

Wyłączenie odpowiedzialności

Aplikacja jest dostarczana „tak jak jest". W zakresie dozwolonym prawem wyłączamy odpowiedzialność za szkody pośrednie i utracone korzyści. Nie ograniczamy odpowiedzialności tam, gdzie prawo na to nie pozwala (np. wobec konsumentów).

Prawo właściwe

Umowa podlega prawu polskiemu, z poszanowaniem bezwzględnie obowiązujących praw konsumenta.

Zmiany warunków

Możemy aktualizować warunki. O istotnych zmianach poinformujemy w Aplikacji. Dalsze korzystanie oznacza akceptację nowej wersji.

This policy explains what data the Firewisp app ("the App") collects, why, and what your rights are. The data controller is Tomasz Matusiak. Contact: tomasz.matusiak@post.pl.

Data we process

Account data: the e-mail address and display name you provide when signing up.
Content you enter: goal descriptions, milestones and notes created while talking to the "Iskra" assistant.
Gamification data: XP, level, streaks, badges, streak shields.
Flame balance and history (the in-app currency) recorded in a ledger.
Technical data: language, time zone and basic device information needed to run the App.
Purchase confirmations received from Apple / RevenueCat. We do NOT receive card numbers or full payment details.

AI processing

To build your goal plan and extras, the content you enter is sent through our server to an AI model provider (Anthropic, the Claude model) and processed there to generate a response. We do not use your content to train our own models.

Legal bases (GDPR)

Performance of a contract (providing the service) — Art. 6(1)(b).
Our legitimate interests (security, improving the App) — Art. 6(1)(f).
Consent — e.g. for notifications (Art. 6(1)(a)); you may withdraw it at any time.

Recipients and processors

Supabase — database hosting, authentication, server functions.
Anthropic — AI processing of your content (servers including the USA; Standard Contractual Clauses apply).
Apple / RevenueCat — in-app purchases.
PostHog (EU servers) — product analytics. We collect feature-usage events only (goal created, milestone or goal completed, add-on requested, streak shield bought, flame purchase started) together with your account identifier. We do NOT send the content of your goals, notes or conversations with Iskra.
Notifications are currently local (on-device).

Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account exists. You can permanently delete your account at any time in Settings → "Delete account", which removes your account and the associated goals, progress and flame balance.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object to the processing of your data. You may also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority. For data requests, write to: tomasz.matusiak@post.pl.

Children

The App is not intended for people under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Security

We use encryption in transit, row-level access control (RLS) and data minimisation. No method is 100% secure, but we take security seriously.

Changes

We may update this policy. We will note material changes in the App by updating the date above.

These terms govern your use of the Firewisp app ("the App"). By using the App you accept these terms. The service is provided by Tomasz Matusiak. Contact: tomasz.matusiak@post.pl.

The service

Firewisp helps you plan and reach goals: the AI assistant runs a short interview and builds a milestone plan, while gamification (XP, levels, streaks, badges) supports consistency.

Account

Provide accurate information and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 16.

Flames (in-app currency)

Flames are an in-app currency only. They have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred.
New accounts receive a starter flame pack. Flames are spent on AI features (building a plan, extras) and things like the streak shield.
Flame top-ups are bought via Apple in-app purchases (App Store) and are subject to Apple's terms. Purchases are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
We may change pricing and the cost of features; this does not remove flames you already hold.

AI-generated content — disclaimer

Plans and suggestions from "Iskra" are informational and motivational. They are NOT medical, nutritional, legal or financial advice. For important matters (health, finances) consult a professional. You act on your own responsibility; we do not guarantee the accuracy or effectiveness of AI content.

Acceptable use

Do not use the App for unlawful or harmful purposes, bypass security measures, decompile the code, or scrape data automatically.

Your content

The goals and notes you create are yours. You grant us a limited licence to process them solely to provide the service (including sending them to the AI provider to generate a plan).

Intellectual property

The App, the Firewisp brand, the Iskra mascot and the visual design are ours and protected by law.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or remove an account for breach of these terms.

Disclaimers and liability

The App is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law we exclude liability for indirect or consequential damages. We do not limit liability where the law does not allow it (e.g. towards consumers).

Governing law

These terms are governed by Polish law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights.

Changes

We may update these terms and will note material changes in the App. Continued use means acceptance of the new version.

Gamification-Daten: XP, Level, Serien (Streaks), Abzeichen, Serien-Schilde.
Flammen-Guthaben und -Verlauf (die interne Währung) in einem Kontobuch.
Technische Daten: Sprache, Zeitzone und grundlegende Geräteinformationen zum Betrieb der App.
Kaufbestätigungen von Apple / RevenueCat. Wir erhalten KEINE Kartennummern oder vollständigen Zahlungsdaten.

KI-Verarbeitung

Zur Erstellung deines Zielplans und der Extras werden die von dir eingegebenen Inhalte über unseren Server an einen KI-Anbieter (Anthropic, Modell Claude) gesendet und dort verarbeitet. Wir nutzen deine Inhalte nicht, um eigene Modelle zu trainieren.

Rechtsgrundlagen (DSGVO)

Vertragserfüllung (Bereitstellung des Dienstes) — Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b.
Berechtigtes Interesse (Sicherheit, Weiterentwicklung) — Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f.
Einwilligung — z. B. für Benachrichtigungen (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a); jederzeit widerrufbar.

Empfänger und Auftragsverarbeiter

Supabase — Datenbank-Hosting, Authentifizierung, Serverfunktionen.
Anthropic — KI-Verarbeitung deiner Inhalte (Server u. a. in den USA; Standardvertragsklauseln gelten).
Apple / RevenueCat — In-App-Käufe.
PostHog (Server in der EU) — Produktanalyse. Wir erfassen ausschließlich Nutzungsereignisse (Ziel erstellt, Meilenstein oder Ziel abgeschlossen, Extra angefordert, Serien-Schild gekauft, Flammenkauf gestartet) samt deiner Konto-Kennung. Inhalte deiner Ziele, Notizen oder Gespräche mit Iskra werden NICHT übermittelt.
Benachrichtigungen sind derzeit lokal (auf dem Gerät).

Speicherung und Löschung

Wir speichern deine Daten, solange dein Konto besteht. Du kannst dein Konto jederzeit unter Einstellungen → „Konto löschen" dauerhaft löschen; damit werden Konto, Ziele, Fortschritt und Flammen-Guthaben entfernt.

Deine Rechte

Du hast das Recht auf Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung, Einschränkung, Datenübertragbarkeit und Widerspruch. Du kannst dich auch bei einer Datenschutzbehörde beschweren. Anfragen an: tomasz.matusiak@post.pl.

Kinder

Die App richtet sich nicht an Personen unter 16 Jahren; wir erheben deren Daten nicht wissentlich.

Sicherheit

Wir nutzen Transportverschlüsselung, zeilenbasierte Zugriffskontrolle (RLS) und Datenminimierung. Keine Methode ist zu 100 % sicher, doch wir nehmen Sicherheit ernst.

Änderungen

Der Dienst

Firewisp hilft dir, Ziele zu planen und zu erreichen: die KI-Assistentin führt ein kurzes Gespräch und erstellt einen Meilensteinplan, während Gamification (XP, Level, Serien, Abzeichen) die Regelmäßigkeit unterstützt.

Konto

Gib korrekte Angaben und halte dein Passwort geheim. Du bist für Aktivitäten in deinem Konto verantwortlich. Du musst mindestens 16 Jahre alt sein.

Flammen (interne Währung)

Flammen sind ausschließlich eine interne Währung. Sie haben keinen Geldwert und sind weder in Bargeld umtauschbar noch übertragbar.
Neue Konten erhalten ein Start-Flammenpaket. Flammen werden für KI-Funktionen (Planerstellung, Extras) und z. B. das Serien-Schild verbraucht.
Flammen-Aufladungen werden über Apple In-App-Käufe (App Store) erworben und unterliegen den Apple-Bedingungen. Käufe sind grundsätzlich nicht erstattungsfähig, sofern das geltende Recht nichts anderes vorschreibt.
Wir können Preise und Funktionskosten ändern; bereits vorhandene Flammen bleiben davon unberührt.

KI-Inhalte — Haftungsausschluss

Pläne und Vorschläge von „Iskra" sind informativ und motivierend. Sie sind KEINE medizinische, ernährungsbezogene, rechtliche oder finanzielle Beratung. Bei wichtigen Themen (Gesundheit, Finanzen) konsultiere Fachleute. Du handelst in eigener Verantwortung; wir garantieren keine Richtigkeit oder Wirksamkeit der KI-Inhalte.

Zulässige Nutzung

Nutze die App nicht für rechtswidrige oder schädliche Zwecke, umgehe keine Schutzmaßnahmen, dekompiliere den Code nicht und rufe keine Daten automatisiert ab.

Deine Inhalte

Die von dir erstellten Ziele und Notizen gehören dir. Du erteilst uns eine begrenzte Lizenz, sie ausschließlich zur Bereitstellung des Dienstes zu verarbeiten (einschließlich der Übermittlung an den KI-Anbieter zur Planerstellung).

Geistiges Eigentum

Die App, die Marke Firewisp und das Maskottchen Iskra sowie das visuelle Design gehören uns und sind rechtlich geschützt.

Beendigung

Du kannst dein Konto jederzeit in den Einstellungen löschen. Wir können ein Konto bei Verstößen sperren oder entfernen.

Haftungsausschluss

Die App wird „wie besehen" bereitgestellt. Soweit gesetzlich zulässig, schließen wir die Haftung für indirekte Schäden und Folgeschäden aus. Wo das Gesetz dies nicht erlaubt (z. B. gegenüber Verbrauchern), beschränken wir die Haftung nicht.

Anwendbares Recht

Es gilt polnisches Recht, unbeschadet zwingender Verbraucherrechte.

Änderungen

Wir können die Bedingungen aktualisieren und weisen wesentliche Änderungen in der App aus. Die weitere Nutzung gilt als Zustimmung.
