Pendulum collects no personal data. The game has no accounts, no analytics, no advertising SDKs, no tracking and no server of its own. Everything you do in the game is stored only on your device.
Pendulum is operated by Tomasz Matusiak, a private individual conducting unregistered business activity within the meaning of Article 5 of the Polish Entrepreneurs' Law (działalność nierejestrowana), ul. Przygraniczna 21A, 80-298 Czaple, Poland. Contact: tomasz.matusiak@post.pl.
Your game progress (best score, attempt counters, selected skin, settings) is saved in a local file inside the app's private container. It never leaves your device through any mechanism of ours. Deleting the app deletes this data.
Purchases are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your name, address or any payment details. Apple's handling of that data is described in Apple's Privacy Policy. The game stores only the unlocked/locked state of the one-time purchase on your device.
If you choose to use the optional leaderboard, your Game Center nickname and score are processed by Apple's Game Center service under Apple's terms. The game itself does not collect or store this information. You can play without ever signing in to Game Center.
Because the game collects no data, no personal information of children is processed. In-app purchases require the device passcode / Face ID confirmation configured by the device owner.
Under the GDPR you have rights of access, rectification, erasure and complaint to a supervisory authority (in Poland: Prezes UODO). Since we hold no data about you, these rights can usually be exercised simply by deleting the app; for any question, contact us at the e-mail address above.
Any future change to this policy will be published at this address with a new effective date.
